Stephen C. Fiebiger Law Office, Chartered
Personal, Professional Legal Services for over 28 years.

People can be injured in many ways, from a serious auto accident to falling on ice.  I handle all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases and am willing to take on cases involving difficult and unusual situations to help people.  My goal is to help people be compensated for the losses sustained from being injured through no fault of their own.   Often people are left to dealing with insurance companies on their own and I want to help them obtain what's fair.  Over the years, my cases have taken me before the Minnesota supreme court, including the  precedent setting wrongful death case of Radke v. County of Freeborn, 694 N.W. 2d 788 (Minn. 2005).  In Radke, the supreme court allowed a negligence claim against a county and two child protection workers in the investigation of child abuse and neglect reports as required by the Child Abuse Reporting Act (CARA), for failing to protect a nineteen-month old boy who had been visited three times by social workers before being beaten to death.  The Radke case received local and national attention, including The Minnesota Lawyer, The William Mitchell Law Review, The Rutgers Law Journal, The Washburn Law Journal, the Association of American Trial Lawyers Law Reporter, and other publications.  I value my relationships with my clients and the opportunity to provide the personal, professional service they deserve.  I am experienced in handling cases from dealing with insurance companies to litigation, mediation, jury trials and appeals.

I understand that serious and catastrophic personal injury, as well as wrongful death, can result in many kinds of personal and financial hardships. With my experience as a personal injury attorney, I am very successful in helping my clients obtain full and fair compensation for their losses, including lost wages, loss of future earnings, pain and suffering, and medical expenses.

The list of personal injury claims I have handled is extensive. My 28 years have given me experience to help clients with claims concerning:
